Our wee little farm got a big delivery yesterday ! Jackie asked if we could be a layover for these little guys until she has room to take them in rescue. If you are looking for donkey companions, Jackie has the best babies. We are hoping that the mamma Jenny doesn’t test my baby birthing skills anytime soon 😳

This map shows half-mile radius bubbles around many of Milton horse farms. It's not necessarily every inch of every property with a horse. But it is extremely telling nonetheless -- especially this time of year when it comes to fireworks.

Whether you own them, ride them, or simply enjoy driving past them, our horses are among our city's most beloved, special characteristics. They are part of Milton's family -- and, as such, we should do what we can to protect them.

This includes knowing the impact fireworks can have on horses and other sensitive animals. Similarly, you should know the rules for fireworks -- including the limited times loud ones can be legally set off.

We are one of the many hobby farms in Alpharetta. Of course we want people to enjoy their holiday but PLEASE, PLEASE be mindful of your neighbors with horses and flight animals. Try to alert them if you plan to set off fireworks so horses can be safely handled. 🐴 ❤️
