Hi friends! Just a heads up! The easiest way to reach me for appointments is through texting the Fluff phone! 484-793-2710 The app that fb uses for business messages works MAYBE 50% of the time and leaves me hanging with getting back to people.
Also, I am now only accepting my regular clients and referrals from regular clients as I’m booked out, busy busy busy and only one personal running the whole show 😅
Unfortunately my super powers haven’t kicked in yet and I can’t do it all 😁❤️

🐶 Also, I will be closed July 2nd-5th 🐶

Fluff will be closed tomorrow, Thursday December 2nd and Friday December 3rd as I will finally be getting my wisdom teeth removed… although there is really no excitement about this 🤣
It’s been insanely busy and I’ve been trying to get to voicemails and fb messages as quickly as possible but the list is pretty long and this is a one woman show !
I don’t think I’ll be making phone calls but I will have my appointment book and Fluff phone with me so I’ll be texting people back hopefully by tomorrow afternoon/early evening 😁

Good morning Friends! This morning we had a special little guy come in that had some bad notes from another salon ☹️ Turns out , we think there may have just been a lack of patience from groomer. But also, other salons don’t have the secret weapon we do, a little Charlie! 🥰 This baby was an Angel! So smart and completely willing to learn how to get through grooming and even fell asleep getting his face trimmed at the end 🥰 I don’t know guys, what do you think? I think he likes us ❤️❤️

And since I’m on a roll, I just wanted to add that I plan on posting more grooming pictures. I know how much everyone loves seeing the fresh pups. I had stopped for a little while because I have so many amazing clients and the moment I posted new pictures, the phone was ringing with referrals from more new potential clients . So I needed to step back and take a little break to let things calm down and figure out if I’m able to take new clients.
Which, for now, I will be doing my very best to get people booked. BUT, for new clients there is the potential of waiting a bit. As of now I’m booking about 10-12 weeks out depending on the type of groom you’re looking for. It would be easy for me to push it and get more grooms in a day, however, I started Fluff with one thing in mind- One on One grooming. Having a safe place for nervous pups and kitties and taking the time they need to make it a calm, peaceful experience for them is absolutely my top priority.
