Hi, I’m Michelle and I’m the founder of KONOS, a brand of sleek & functional dog training gear based in Los Angeles, CA!

I started KONOS to build a legacy for my adopted former street dog, Kono, who has inspired me and helped me to grow in so many ways. While we launched in 2020 with freeze-dried raw treats and pivoted last year to handcrafted rolled BioThane dog training gear, I’ve always built my small business on a mission to empower dog owners to build deeper relationships with their dogs.

I don’t just make lightweight, durable, and minimalist dog gear—I’m building a community of dog owners who want to do more for their dogs and can share resources and support with one another. There’s a lot that I want to do in 2024, from releasing new products to holding more dog training challenges for handlers of all levels to building a space for those who want to give their dogs more fulfilling lives. It’s an exciting time!

Hello, we are .co and we’re from Los Angeles, CA.
Our sensitive stomach pup inspired us to to start this brand. He had very bad sensitivity to treats and we found that Ube ( purple yams) helped him with his sensitive digestive system. Ube is also rich in antioxidants that help prevent cancer.
All our treats are Ube based and tailored to pups with sensitivity. Ube helps once the fiber content and adds healthy vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to pups diet. We only use human grade organic ingredients.

Not only do I sell my products I use them on my own Corsos. I personally know how strong my products need to be as I have Large Breed Dogs of my own.

Meet the maker behind them.

Hello,  my name is Helen Dunn I’m the owner and maker of Riley Roo Pet Candles.
I grew up in Redondo Beach and moved to Orange County 32 years ago. I have three adult children and one mini Aussie name Riley.  I work for the Garden Grove School District, I’ve been with them for 17 years.

My candle making journey started out as a hobby in 2021. The science of it all fascinated me and I was instantly hooked. Inspired by my love for pets, the concept of pet-themed labels brought “Riley Roo Candles” to life. The Summer of 2022
I introduced my candle line to local pet boutiques, barkerys and groomers. I now have them in eight locations throughout Orange County. So grateful!

What makes my candles different from store bought candles…the Ingredients! Ingredients is everything, my candles are homemade and have no toxins, no dyes, no chemicals, they’re eco friendly, super fragrant and safe for you and your furry loved ones. I use all natural soy and beeswax for a clean long lasting burn.

Hi everyone! My name is Joshua Huang, I’m from Rancho Mission Viejo.
Our bakery, inspired by our beloved German Shepherd, Pismo, emerged from the challenges of finding suitable treats for him. Disheartened by the lack of options due to his sensitive stomach, we delved into crafting recipes using only the finest human-grade and organic ingredients, free from additives like salt, preservatives, and artificial coloring. Pismo not only loved these treats but also enjoyed them without any digestive issues. This success spurred us to share these wholesome treats with other furry companions, giving rise to Pup & Pop Bakeshop
We at the Pup and Pop Bakeshop are passionate about creating products that are made with highest quality human grade ingredients that are also customizable to address any special occasion or allergy. Each biscuit recipe we create contains just five or six ingredients and we never include salt, sugar, artificial coloring, or preservatives that are often found in other pet treats.
We have a few key objectives. Firstly, we aim to raise awareness among pet owners about the ingredients in their furry friends’ treats, ensuring that these ingredients are safe and of high quality. Our second goal is to persist in supporting local dog rescues. Currently, adoption rates are at an all-time low, while euthanizations at shelters are at an all-time high.
Citi Pawz is unique in that almost all of its inventory is provided by local small businesses. Also, the owner is one of the nicest people you will meet. Her story on starting Citi Pawz is absolutely inspiring and encouraging to hear.

Hey I’m Lisa, from Long Beach Ca, I have lived in Riverside for 20 years and have worked with the City Fire Department on Riverside.

I started making Tiller Tugs as a result of working as a firefighter /Medic Tim Odebralski who had a Golden Retriever that came to work with him at the station. Tim and Other handlers used the fire hose tug as a reward when the dog would alert that he had found a victim, when I approached retirement I decided to purchase a leather sewing machine and began making my own tugs.

What makes me different to other brands is my background in the fire service, I repurpose the fire hose and my proceeds go to a variety of animal rescues.

Our family business is in irrigation manufacturing. My grandpa invented the Puck for an irrigation system that helps water crops like corn. An uncle at the family business gave a Puck to his dog to chew on and it became her new favorite toy.
