Tonight, Josi will be at the Indoor Market with fresh bierocks. Made with homemade white bread, stuffed with seasoned ground beef and cabbage. The Indoor Market is at Chestnut Avenue Venue from 5pm until 8pm, admission is free. Hope to see you there!

Sycamore Farms is coming to Geuda Fest! We will have made from scratch beirrocks, these are made with the delicious amish white bread and have been approved by the cutest little grandsons you ever did see!

We will also have pigs in a blanket for $1. So put on your long johns, grab your umbrellas, and come on out and join us for a fun filled day!

Monday starts the beginning of a very busy week for Sycamore Farms. We will be baking for Two Rivers Coop for Wednesday AND after we deliver there we head north to the Walnut Valley Festval. We will be stationed there Wednesday thru Saturday 9am until we run out, or noon, whichever comes first!

The Pizza Dough is 3 for $10. it goes through a 2 day leavening process and each bag will make a 12 inch pie. You can freeze it, fry it for a Indian Taco or make Calzones with it.

Beautiful Morning out here and our lineup for the day::: Sprouted Wheat Berry, Cinnamon Burst, Amish White, Mighty Loaf, Sour Dough, Sour Dough English Muffins, Cinnamon Rolls, Whole Wheat loaf, In the COOLER I will have some Pizza Dough, Lemon Grass Tea and a few bottles of Ginger Tea!

ANNOUNCEMENT! This next Wednesday is the last day for Sycamore Farms Bread at the Two River COOP.! Spring is the time of year we switch to doing our different Markets in Cowley County. Ark City Farmers Market and Winfields along with others like Cowley County Open Market Jingle Bell Rock, Stone Barn Etc. Anyway, we want to say thank you to our bread lovers and thanks to Two Rivers for helping us out over the Winter. We are very humbled., thank you. Feel free to contact us with any Bread request you have. I have been delivering an enormous amount of Bread to individuals and several Business' allow me drop in every week with the bake of the day.

On the SWEET side for Wednesday's lineup at Two Rivers Coop will be a Sweet Bread called FLOWER POWER! It is completely VEGAN , everything is plant based including the frosting.

Here is the Harvest Blend after baking. I am impressed with the color. It has Flour, Whole Wheat flour, Rye Flour, Corn Meal for the flours. Grains it has Whole Oat Berries, millet, rye flakes. For seeds it has flax, poppy,sesame and sunflower. Hope it tastes as good as it smells.

Harvest Blend rising! Trying something new. This loaf uses a poolish for levain and rises overnight. Will post what it looks like after baking , which should be in about 30 mins. It also has grains and seeds.
