I generally take pictures of food before I take a bite, but the Beet small plate from The Trashy Vegan looked so good, I dug in before I took a picture! The fresh wasabi kick of the Spicy Oriental Mustard microgreens paired well with the beet, and the glass of sparkling kombucha.sealed the deal.
