So we’re super busy again this weekend so we won’t be hosting the packwalk, however, it looks to be a gorgeous day so make sure you get out and enjoy some outside time! We also want your opinion: what day and time works best for you in terms of changing the packwalk? 1: Saturday at 5pm, 2: Sunday at 10am or 3: Sunday at 5pm. Let me know and we’ll start a new schedule next week!

Be sure to limit your pups outside time in this cold today! Dogs can suffer frostbite on exposed skin too (think paws, nose and ears!). Play some games inside (nosework, hide and seek, fetch, obedience drills, etc) to help ease the boredom and cabin fever for the furry ones.

Ok guys, it’s an abundance of caution but I’d like to avoid frostbite or hypothermia and be home before the winter storm warning takes effect at 4pm so we’re canceling the packwalk today. Make sure you are warm and safe over the weekend (check your flash lights work!) and if you have a generator make sure it’s fueled up and working before the snow flies!

While it’s a beautiful day, it is very cold in the shade and with the wind so it’s going to be a tough walk at Lincoln Woods today, plus the roads are tough with silly traffic. If you don’t need to be driving today, it would be much safer to stay home! See you all after Christmas! Have a fabulous holiday!!! 🎄💕
