Is your dog jumping up on you? Do you want to stop this behavior?

Here’s a tip:
The reason your dog is jumping up on you is because she has been petted in the past for doing so.
First: Teach your dog to sit. Usuing only 1 command. ‘SIT’. Not sit sit sit sit.
Then shape the sit by pressing down gently near the tail. Be patient. Once your dog knows how to sit, you can make a new rule for everyone involved in the dogs life. **ONLY pet the dog while the dog is sitting***. Don’t touch your dog when it jumps on you. Tell her ‘NO, sit’. Then when she sits, lavish on the praise. When she gets up again, take your hands off the dog and repeat above. Before you know it she will be doing a great job of sitting for your ❤️
