Your team at Baraboo Valley

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding our facility's health and safety protocols. Effective January 1st, 2024, we will be implementing a new requirement for all existing customers. In order to ensure the well-being of all dogs that enter our facility, we will be requesting f***l samples to be conducted every 6 months.

This decision has been prompted by the unfortunate incidents of dogs introducing parasites and bacteria, such as worms and giardia, into our premises. It is no cause of worry, as we catch onto these things instantly, as we’ve all been trained to recognize the symptoms and we evaluate f***l matter on the daily. We understand that this may be a significant change for many of you, but it is a common practice followed by boarding facilities worldwide.

By adhering to this new requirement, we aim to safeguard the health of every dog in our care, as well as promote a healthier environment for all. It is important to note that we have already been enforcing this policy for all new dogs within the past 6 months, and it will now be extended to include all customers starting January 1st.

We kindly request your cooperation in preparing for this change. The timing of your first f***l sample is flexible, as long as subsequent samples are conducted every 6 months thereafter. For instance, if you have recently completed a f***l sample this month, the next one will be due in January of the following year. Similarly, if you choose to have a f***l sample done in December, the subsequent sample will be required in May, and so on.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this new requirement, our staff is readily available to assist you. We would like to emphasize that this measure has been put in place solely for the safety and well-being of all the dogs that visit our facility.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to maintain the highest standards of care for your beloved pets.
