Hi everyone! We will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, 4/23. Also, we are currently booking into the 2nd week of May right now (and even farther out for Saturday appointments). Plan accordingly when planning when your pups will be due again.

Hi everyone! We hope you all had a great holiday season. This month marks our 7th year in business and we are so grateful for the support of our clients who trust us with the care of their pets. Without you we wouldn't be able to do what we love day in and day out.

As our business continues to grow it has become necessary to update some of our policies as well as begin enforcing the ones we have been lax about. Effective immediately the following policies will be in place.

Price Increases: Some of our prices will be raising in order to remain comparable to the current market. Newer clients may have already recieved the updated pricing, returning customers can inquire about the new pricing when making an appointment or at drop off.

There will be an additional fee added to all debit/credit card transactions to cover credit card company fees.

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee being added to your next appointment.

No shows will be charged a $20 per dog fee to be paid before scheduling another appointment. Repeat offenders will be required to prepay for services when making appointments. (Nonrefundable if you fail to show up)

Drop offs and pick ups must be made in a timely manner. Appointments that arrive more than 15 minutes past their appointment time may require rescheduling. Most appointments take 1.5 - 2 hours and pick up should be planned accordingly. We do not have the means to hold pets here longer so failure to do so will result in an additional fee.
