We taking so many drop offs donations and unwanted animals and they're not always in the best shape and it's pretty discouraging when all people have to do is complain about how they look and leave horrible reviews instead of asking us about the fact that we took in a malnourished animal or something that was in bad shape they immediately think we have done this.
