📣 ATTENTION 📣 We are looking to expand our family. Are you or someone you know interested in joining The Wild Pumpkin team for the 2024 season?!

We are looking for a donut maker, donut shop worker, cashier, and tractor driver. Must be at least 14 years or older, have reliable transportation, and be available to work on weekends.

Please email your resume and specify which position(s) you would like to apply for to [email protected]. Please note, a resume is REQUIRED to apply for any and all positions. Only candidates that send one in will be eligible for review.

We are accepting applications until Sunday, July 14th.

WOW! We already sold out of our surplus asparagus. In order to ensure we have enough for markets and regular sales at our farm, the bulk sale has ended for now! Thank you everybody. Asparagus is still avaliable at our normal rate while supplies last.

For this week ONLY we will be running a sale... Tuesday May 21st through Thursday May 23rd, we will be selling it at $2.00 per lb IF you buy 10 pounds OR more of asapargus! You must place your order ahead of time by texting or calling 989-941-9562. Any amount less than 10 lbs is still $3.00 per lb.

This is the perfect deal for those who are interested in canning, pickling, freezing, or just love eating asparagus!

Somebody got a little carried away on the fertilizer this year 👀

Did you know that asparagus can grow up to TEN feet tall when left to fully mature?! 🌳 Stalks can grow as rapid as TEN INCHES per DAY in warm humid growing conditions!! 🌞 And the female stalks produce berries every year 🤯

We will have fresh GREEN & PURPLE asparagus available picked daily starting today at our farm and at the Gladwin Farmers Market starting this Saturday from 9 AM -1 PM. First come first serve, so please call ahead with larger orders!

DID YOU KNOW … that we have two pretty kitties on the farm? 😻

👈 Delilah on the left is missing her tail! She is a muted calico & is very common for them to be born with a nub tail 🥹 she’s a little shy but does occasionally like to spend time in the pumpkin barn.

👉 Max is always walking around the farm and socializing. He LOVES ♥️ being the center of attention and getting nice pets.

Max & Delilah are so excited that we’re open everyday of the week so they can see all of YOU!

❗️ FUN FACT❗️ Did you know that agricultural advances overtime have allowed humans to plant crops using GPS?! You can design a corn maze before planting a single seed! 🤯

We have Farmer Jeff... and he just wings it. He plants the entire corn field then goes back and mows the paths. He has mowed the corn field for the past 23 years and even he sometimes gets lost in the maze! 🌽
