Center of the Nation Quarter Horse Association This non-profit corporation shall be known as the Center of the Nation Quarter Horse Association, inc.

Its purpose shall be to work for the betterment, improvement and to promote, purify and improve the grade of Quarter Horse ranch stock and in furtherance of that purpose; to organize, conduct and present Quarter Horse shows, clinics, races, halter futurities and performance futurities, including all activities related to public exhibition, stallion service auctions and activities related to and including horse sales and to develop educational programs with emphasis on youth activities.
