History and Purpose: Bell County Veterinary Hospital was founded in February 1981 by Dr. Harold

Edwards. Our aim is to provide a concerned staff, facilities, equipment, and technical expertise to prevent illness whenever possible and to diagnose and treat ill or injured pets when the need arises. OUR STAFF: Dr. Edwards (Lead Doctor/Owner)since February 1982,

You are encouraged to call in advance for appointments whenever possible. Services Available: A full range of health care services are provided by our hospital including Surgery, X-RAY, Clinical Laboratory Services, Preventive Medicine, Dentistry, and in-hospital nursing care. "House Call" Appointments can be arranged when time permits. Boarding and Grooming: We offer climate controlled boarding for your pets. All Canine boarders are taken outside to Walk, Play, and run at least twice a day. They must be current with Vaccinations (Dogs- Rabies, Dhlppc, Bordetella) (Cats- Rabies, Fvrcp) and free from all Parasites (fleas, ticks, worms, ect.) If you are dropping off or picking up your pet outside of regular clinic hours, we will add one day of boarding. IF MEDICATION IS ADMINISTERED,THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE PER DAY. We gladly groom, bathe, and dip dogs and cats upon appointment. Let us know your special instructions of feeding, medication, behavioral patterns, Ect. Before leaving. Financial Policy: We respect the right of the pet owner to determine what they are willing and able to spend on their pet's health care. We encourage you to obtain estimates for our services in advance. We pledge to provide the best care we can within the limits you set. Payment for all services is expected before leaving the hospital. CASH, CHECKS, VISA, MASTER-CARD,DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CARE CREDIT are welcome. If your pet has a major illness or injury which requires Hospitalization, a DEPOSIT will be required in advance.
