Adoptable Remi playing so gently with them! Remi has essentially grown up in her foster home. She came to us at 4 months old from a good samaritan that took her from a bad situation. When we first got Remi she was really under socialized with dogs but we quickly worked with her on meeting many dogs of different ages, sizes, breeds and personalities and now there is not a dog that she doesn’t love! Bonus - Remi absolutely LOVES kids and is housebroken & crate trained. We love this girl and do not understand why no one else does! 😫

Monday morning is off to quite the start! A few days ago we got an urgent call from one of our shelter partners Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center about a pregnant stray Chihuahua. We didn’t hesitate to step up and got her to one of our partner Veterinary Hospitals to be checked out. Her stray hold is over and she is officially ours, and just minutes ago went into labor! Here is puppy #1 moments after being born!

The toughest part of bath night is the 10 minute wait for the final rinse. Bruta gets a quick shampoo/rinse and then a deep lather, massage, then this 10 minute wait. The whole routine takes about 35 minutes. (Every other day). Such a grateful dog.
