It is our mission to maintain superlative service to you and to your pet, by balancing the tradition and craft of grooming with the warm empathy that’s needed to determine the best approach for your pet’s needs. Having 50+ years in the industry (60+ combined), we’ve seen many different approaches within the pet care indu

stry, from the promising to the disappointing. We determined long ago, through ongoing careful deliberation and education achievements, that we would ever pursue to establish superlative care for pets. Through certifications and other advanced education efforts (such as pursuing master’s level certification); through attending seminars; and through supplemental resources, like first aid and CPR, obedience training, competitions, etc., we are determined to provide you with reliable, professional, informed, and progressive service. With an appreciation for the art and tradition of grooming and pet care, we never lose focus on our main purpose: the well-being of your pet. All of the knowledge in the world on pet care is lost if it’s not implemented with heart and soul. The word “pet,” as we understand it, describes a family member who is merely of a different species. Pets can sometimes be the only family one has. Therefore, we understand that your pet deserves diligent, attentive service. We are grateful and honored when one chooses us to be a part of their pet’s care and well-being. It’s our intent that both you and your pet feel assured and confident when you visit us. Five Pet Safety Tips for tonight:
1. Keep an eye on alcohol 🍾🍻 and other poisonous substances. The ASPCA says a large number of pets get into alcohol on NYE. Alcohol consumption in pets can lead to depression, unsteady walking, vomiting, and in severe cases, a serious drop in blood pressure and body temperature. In fact, just one mixed drink can be fatal for a small dog, so it’s important to keep your booze and other poisonous treats out of paws reach.
2. Be cautious of fireworks. 💥🎇🎆 New Year’s Eve can be quite a noisemaker. Pet owners should make sure their fur baby has a safe and comfortable place to go when fireworks go off. You should also be wary of poppers, noisemakers and explosives that may be on the ground either before or after a fireworks demonstration; you do not want your pet to eat these items.
3. Secure your home. Your pet may be home alone while you head out to your evening celebrations. Make sure your pet is comfortable and feels safe before you leave. Make sure all exits in your home are secure and threat you remove any harmful plants, foods or medications that your pet could get into. (🕛🖥 White noise fans, tv turned onto soothing channel, etc. can be good ideas to help with the sounds of revelry.)
4. Be wary of guests. 🏠 If you are inviting people into your home, remember that they may unknowingly bring substances into the house that could be dangerous to your pet. Try to plan accordingly and make sure they know what not to bring with them.
5. Have fun. We’re about to enter a new year and a new decade. You may want to consider including your pet in your celebratory festivities. 🎊🎉🎼

▪️We never allow dogs to mingle together while they're in our care.
▪️We are vigilant to sanitize tools and tables.
▪️We are vigilant to sanitize the individual crates that hold each pup; we are able to space our furry clients apart, too.
▪️We are monitoring all of our furry clients while in our care for any suspicious behaviors, ready to isolate them if needed and to alert you.
