Eggs are slllooooowwww coming, but the girls seem to be happy. We had a hard rain and now it's a worm feeding frenzy... scarier than sharks.

This summer we lost Starlight. She was a good egg layer and a sweet girl. The flock will miss her.

It's been a slow fall for egg laying! 3 of our girls are molting their feathers, which stops them from laying. We are hoping that in the next few weeks they will be back to laying those pale blue eggs!
We'll let you know....

The "farm" stand is completed! Next up the awning... not sure how this will go, but hey, we LOVE a challenge! We used recycled wooden shutters and the hinges that came on them. Easy! (-ish)

Greetings all! We have started to get our "driveway-side" farm stand up and running. We are currently enjoying the great benefits of ReSource and their amazing collection of stuffs to make our stand. When the rain stops hahhhaahhha... we will be able to finish construction and have opening day in a few weeks... stay tuned!
