There seems to be lots of confusion when it comes to activities so hopefully this post will help. All of these must be completed for each horse rider pair.

To qualify for end of the year awards you must be
-A current member
-Participate in 3 of the 6 shows or gymkhanas (3 classes per division for the show to count)
-Complete 4 hours of volunteering
-Complete 3 other activities.
The options are
-Attend meetings (all are on zoom & can be attended from anywhere. They are also quick so you need to be logged in at 6:30 or you might miss it.)
-Sponsorship of $50 (limit to 1 per horse rider team)
-More volunteer hours. (4 hours = 1 activity)

Show / Gymkhana volunteer opportunities include
-Ring Steward (4 hours) ( needed from 9am to the close of show, you take cards from the judge to the office)
-Am Gate (4 hours) ( needed from 9 am to the complete of show, opening & closing gate for each class)
-PM Gate (4 hours) (needed from 12pm to the end of the day, openings & closing gate for each pm class)
-Clean up (2 hours) (cleaning up manure, gathering trash & taking to the dumpster & loading up gymkhana events)

We have plenty of help setting up gymkhana events & are asking people to please volunteer for the above tasks for activities.
The deadline for activities is end of the October show. Don’t wait until the last minute to try & get it all done. If you have questions please message us or ask for Charli at the show.

( Either volunteer, attend meeting or a sponsorship) be a member & attend at least 3 shows.

Announcements for the upcoming show & gymkhana.

- You must clean up your horses manure! It can either go back in your trailer or you can take it to the dump spot south of the office.

-You must use the port a potties that are outside, just north of the arena. No one is allowed to go into the buildings.

-We really NEED volunteers to help with the fallowing

Gymkhana Gate
Ring Steward
Trash pick up
Manure pick up threw riding areas
-Don’t forget you must have 4 volunteer hours to qualify for year end awards!!
