Tons of places to ride, nice horse friendly neighborhood. Secure and locked property 24/7, security cameras and owner living on site. Barr Lake is 10 to 15 minutes away and there is a water ditch behind neighborhood.

My P.I.C, Ciana O'Connor and I decided to just toss a pad and saddle on Faith for the first time ever...Faith was fantastic! She is gonna be a great horse when she grows up 😍😍 Yes, we know the saddle isn't on well. We didn't expect her to be so easy ❤️❤️
