Sales Agreement:
Chicken Creek Farm Agrees to provide___________ with a healthy, socialized, pet quality animal, a complete health record to the best of the breeders knowledge, and on-going customer support, by phone, e-mail, or Facebook. Customer agrees to provide a safe home, veterinary care, proper feeding and exercise for their new pet. Customer agrees to pay a non-refundab
le deposit of 100 USD to hold their choice of animal, or place in order for pick of the litter, at least two weeks in advance of the animal being picked up. If shipping is necessary customer agrees to pay in full no less than three days before animal is scheduled to depart. Customer upon receipt of animal has ten days to have animal check by a licensed veterinarian. If the animal is deemed unfit for the purpose intended it can be returned for kennel credit (intestinal or external parasites are not a valid cause for return). Veterinary findings are required in writing, as well as the animals return in order to obtain credit. After a total of fifteen days no credit will be issued, but the animal is still welcome to come back to the breeder. All animals are sold as pet only, there is no warranty, expressed or implied that the animal is fertile, or sound for breeding. Any female leaving the premises in tact must be spayed at such time as a licensed veterinarian deems safe any animal not spayed by 6 months of age can and will be forfeit. Re-sale of any animal purchased from Chicken Creek Farm must be accompanied by this transferable contract, and at no time is any such animal to be given or donated to any sanctuary, or rescue. Any breach of this contract by either party voids the agreement, and any litigation arising from this agreement will be conducted in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. A paper copy of this contract will be provided at pick up for your records. A signed copy is required to put a deposit on a piglet.
