Mangalitsa pork shares available!

We have two pure Mangalitsa pigs heading to McPhees in woodland on Monday.
Half and whole shares available. 5.50/lb hanging wt. Includes farm slaughter fee.

Also one American Guinea hog/Kune cross available. 4.00/lb hanging wt. Includes farm slaughter fee.

You pay McPhees cut and wrap.

All pigs have been raised on pasture on our small farm here in Hockinson.

Hanging weights are estimated to be 100 lb for the mangalitsa and 60 lb. for the Guinea hog cross.

The meat of the Mangalitsa pig is beefy red, marbled with creamy white fat, and is high in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D and natural antioxidants. This gourmet pork is recognized worldwide and often referred to as the "Kobe beef" of pork.
