We've been farming sustainably since 2008- following Joel Salatin's salad-bar beef rotational grazing methods. Our Bluegrass fed steers are 100% all-natural, hormone free, antibiotic free, and only grass-fed. Our cattle grazes on pastureland near the Kentucky River, adjacent to the KY River palisades and land owned by The Nature Conservancy. Rotational grazing allows our animals continuous access to pasture and fresh grass all the time - this means they are packed full of only nutritional vitamins and minerals, no fillers or unnecessary bulk. Did you know that grass-fed beef is lower in fat and high in antioxidants and vitamins? It's also 50% higher (than grocery-store beef) in the good omega-3 fats found in fish. On average, our hamburger patties are 100 calories less than the average burger. Full 1/2 side of beef is $1,250. Cuts include Ribeye, Fillet Mignon, New York Strip, and T-Bone Steaks / Eye of Round, Chuck, Sirloin Tip, and Pot Roasts / Short ribs, Stew meat, Soup Bones / and approximately 90, 1 lb packages of ground beef. Deposit of $400 to reserve your beef. Quarter beef packages available also upon request. Individual cuts can be ordered separately. Ground beef is $6 per 1lb package.
