Please remember your appointment times are a window and not an exact time. We reserve a half hour before and after the time given.

In addition, if we are running behind or ahead of schedule we do our best to let you know as soon as possible. We cannot control traffic, road work, the condition of the pet ahead of you or mechanical issues.
