Just another example of why I hate people and love dogs. How can anyone keep a animal this way there is absolutely no excuse they could use. We take them because everywhere else they go they are turned down and we want to help these poor animals feel better. He is such a good boy this just makes my blood boil. And yes he felt great afterwards. And yes we hate having to give them back to there owners knowing we get them next year same condition We have tried nothing we can do about it.
