Wanted to clear up what happened with the great Pyrenees. Shaving dogs ISNT fun. It takes lots of skill to shave a dog AND it's expensive for me. Due to the damage matting does to clipper blades. I explained how I deal with matting as clearly as I could before I was even handed the leash of the dog. A 10 # blade is the safest way to dematt a dog. I DO NOT brush out mats it's extremely painful for the dog. It is the owners responsibility to ensure a dog is free of mats. I did what I was told to do. I may not be your groomer if you don't want your matted dog shaved ♥️
