Hey guys! I just wanted to take a second and jump on here to simply ask for your patience during this busy season. I primarily work alone, I have assistants a few days a week but with the outpouring of calls, texts, and fb messages that I am trying desperately to keep up with, I am falling behind in response time. Please understand that all calls, texts, and fb messages will be returned within 24-48 hours. Please be patient as I am trying my best and working as quickly as possible. To put things into perspective for you….in one day alone, I have 35 missed calls and voicemails, not including texts or fb messages and we aren’t even through the work day yet. This time of year is very busy but the truth is, it’s been like this for many months now so please understand that I am not ignoring anyone, I am just doing the best I can. I cannot answer the phone with every ring while bathing, blow drying, and grooming. I try to be as transparent as possible with all of you and I very much appreciate all of your support and constant dedication to me and my business.

Happy HOWL-o-ween 🎃 👻 I hope every doggie gets an extra special treat today!

Just a few reminders…

Effective immediately…I am strictly enforcing the $25 no show fee, per pet. I have be very lenient with the cancellations, even up until your appointment time but that is changing. I now require, at minimum, a 2 hour cancellation notice, with the holidays rapidly approaching, it’s not fair to my committed clients who wait ever so patiently to schedule appointments and then call them at the last possible second and expect them to rearrange their whole schedule.

Speaking of holidays, I only have about 3-4 appointments left for Thanksgiving full grooms and a few more bath and blow appointments, so call immediately to reserve your spot.

On average, I am scheduling 4-5 weeks out, often 6-7 weeks depending on your availability.

I’m not sure how much longer, but I am still accepting new clients of ALL SIZES and breeds!

Also, service at the shop of crazy most times so if you send a pm on Facebook and don’t get an immediate response, please call or text 724-833-5759

Lastly, I’m planning something soooooo exciting for Black Friday…any guesses??

Our first ever parade and it was our hometown annual Coal Show parade. The balloons were popping like popcorn with the heat and the little bit of steady wind really stirred up the decorations, but we had an great time getting out and seeing everyone…I’d definitely call it a success. Thank you for always supporting my small town business and making me feel like an absolute ROCKSTAR! Y’all make me feel so loved and appreciated!!

Experience and a strong love for animals is absolutely required. Must be on time every day and willing to work Monday through Friday with evening and occasional Saturday availability. Hey guys, I’m back. I re-opened (softly) yesterday. I want to take a moment and thank all of you, thank you for your prayers, your words of encouragement, for the gifts and the hugs, the unexpected drop-ins just to say hi and make sure we are doing okay, but most importantly, your patience. You guys have been so patient with me, at one point I think I kind of lost track where I was in scheduling and forgot to notify a scheduled client, you guys just gave me a pat on the back as if to say “it’s okay”. I want you all to know how much that means to me. “Thank you” doesn’t quite seem like enough right now but it’s all I can say as we are so humbled to have so many prayers and so much love sent from so many of you.

Please continue to be patient with me as I am trying to get everyone re-scheduled as quickly as possible but being that my first opening before the taking the time off wasn’t until Aug 20, it’s taking me some time to play with the schedule and squeeze everyone in on an already tight schedule while trying to catch up on voicemails, texts, and fb messages.

When someone you love is taken to soon, it flips your world upside down. I don’t have a lot of words to give right now, just hug your family and friends and make sure you take every opportunity to make the most out of this life, you never know when it could end, when that moment may be the last. I know it sounds very cliche, but it’s so true. Life can be over in the blink of an eye. Love hard and love with all you have. We lost a very important peice to our family, my brother in law Brandon. He was an incredible, an incredible man, son, brother, father, uncle, cousin and will be missed beyond measure but if there’s one thing he did, it was love hard and love with everything he had. This journey is far from over but together we will make it through, one day at a time.

I truly thank each and every one of you, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Good evening, in case you missed the previous post, our family is facing a very unfortunate situation. I want to thank each and every one of you for your prayers and the love you’ve shared with me. From the calls, to messages, drop-in visits when you spotted my vehicle at the shop, just all the love you have sent, it is so truly appreciated. I am so blessed to have you.

I want to let everyone know that the shop will be closed until further notice, I anticipate re-opening early next week. Please be patient with me as we navigate through this tragic time. I will be in contact with everyone who has an appointment to get you rescheduled as soon as I can. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. The outpouring of support you guys have displayed thus far is incredible but please continue to pray for us, my family needs all of the love and support one can give as we navigate through these next few days.

Good morning peeps! it’s been a while since I’ve posted any updates so I thought I’d take a minute bright and early to share some summer info.

I only have a limited amount of full groom appointments available for the rest of June (mainly being the last week of June and part of July. I know so many of you are used to getting in the same week, that is rarely possible anymore. For that, I apologize but I am so incredibly busy and have so many clients that I am now scheduling 3-4 weeks out or longer depending on the fur-owners availability. I am so thankful and humbled by the amount of trust y’all instill in me with your furbabies and never dreamed that I would get this busy. We can still offer bath and blows most weeks but again, very limited availability. This due to the fact that my daughter Moriah is fully capable and willing to do the B&B, but as for full grooms (haircuts), I am booked solid. Cancellations and no shows rarely happen but I am more than willing to add anyone to the cancellation list. The $25 no call/no show fee per pet still applies. Due to the insanely busy schedule, I can only allow a 15 min timeframe for anyone arriving late, after 15min from your scheduled appointment time, I kindly ask that you reschedule. Emergency appointments are still available on select days but the $25 emergency fee will apply unless it is deemed an emergency (I.e. deskunking, nails ripped off, briar patch encounter, etc.).

Business hours are typically Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm with occasional evenings Saturdays…those are very limited. While I encourage everyone to call or message anytime, I will only return messages (voicemails & texts) during business hours unless there is an emergency call.

Summer is a very busy time at the shop and at home, so I thank each and every one of you, from the bottom of my heart for your patience and support today and everyday.

Easter bunny pictures will be available for pick up tomorrow after 12pm at the shop until approximately 4:30pm and all day Friday. I got to see a sneak peek and oh my goodness aren’t they adorable! We have some really happy pups!

Today’s Easter Bunny photos were fantastic, we had such a HUGE turnout and received a really nice variety of donations to our local shelter. I know I say it all the time but Y‘ALL ARE AMAZING!!

A special thanks to Francie Ross and Matt for their photography skills and their time for making our first Easter bunny session such a wonderful experience and keeping it running smoothly.

Today was another day when BFF was documented as a family run business. My devoted husband, Mike helping bath and blow drying while my oldest daughter, Moriah was prepping pups for grooming and I was bouncing back and forth with grooming and trying to greet and help out with all of you mesmerizing clients and pets who never cease to amaze me while my two youngest, Jocelyn and Bryson helped with handing out treat bags and welcoming all of the sweet pups. From the gifts to the never ending words of encouragement, I am so humbled by each and every one of you every single day. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.

Photos with the Easter bunny tomorrow at BFF’s grooming salon 10am-12pm. Children and pets welcome so bring the whole family out and let’s get springtime ready!! I’ll have fresh donuts and sweets and the Easter bunny will be passing out goodie bags for pets and kiddos alike.

Each family will receive one complementary (5X7) photo courtesy of BFF.

Photographer Francie Ross will be capturing these perfect images and will be available to discuss pricing on packages and package prices, etc. but I do assure you they are very affordable!

🐶 🐈 Donations of cat and dog food, toys, and/or monetary donations will be collected and donated to local animal shelters.

Well hello FB world. It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything, y’all really know how to make a gal feel welcomed and appreciated I’ll sure say that!! I knew this move was a great idea but I never imagined how much it would change my life and the life of my business. It’s been an absolute pleasure meeting all of the new faces and being so welcomed into the community day after day, from all of the support from other local businesses, to the pop-in visitors just saying hi and to all of the calls and new clients I’ve got the pleasure of meeting and grooming the precious furbabies. I’ll post recent grooms very soon, I promise but for now…I just simply wanted to say thank you, to the entire community for everything you guys do to support me and for allowing me to love your babies as much as you do. Y’all are amazing 🤩 Thank you all!
