Ok people...I guess I need to put some rules into place for some things now...I feel like Im getting taken advantage of here. 1: Do NOT just walk into my house. It is my home. I have dogs. If my gate is not latched fully you will be met at the door by 3 angry larger dogs. If you do not hear the bell, it did not ring on my side. If you hear it but I do not answer, call me. I am not liable for any damage to persons, property or animals if you just walk into my home.
2: if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late to a scheduled appointment you need to let me know ahead of time. If you are more than 15 minutes late you need to contact me ahead of time to see if you can STILL come. If you are gonna be more than 20 minutes late consider your appointment canceled and you will need to reschedule.. cronic abusers (no shows, or constant rescheduling) will be charged double at time of drop off for a new appointment. I do not make an hourly wage here people. So when you no show..I lose money...twice...because I cannot fill your spot and you take someone elses spot when I reschedule you. My time is on a schedule..when you are late you put other dogs waiting to go home later down the line because I am waiting for you and or washing a dog when I should be finishing up a dog. 3: I am not a babysitter or a daycare. Its been getting bad lately with pick ups 5 hours after the dog is done and/or after 7pm at night. I do have a life and family to get to which I cannot while waiting for you. I also do not walk your dog (liability) and will not rewash if said dog pees in my kennel because you are late picking them up. If you make arrangements with me ahead of time that is fine. But I expect promt pick up after your dog is done. I need the kennel space and dont need to worry about peeing. Thank you for understanding..please respect my time like I do yours.
