For our dog guests, the following are required:

Rabies Vaccine
Distemper (DA2L4P2) Vaccine
Bordetella (Canine/Kennel Cough)
Vaccine
Negative Heartworm test
Negative F***l test

For our cat guests, the following are required:

Rabies Vaccine
Distemper (FVRCP) Vaccine
Feline Leukemia (FeLV) Vaccine if
indoor/outdoor cat
Feline Leukemia/Feline Aids
(FeLV/FIV) test result (if indoor only cat)
Negative F***l test

Also, because we are committed to keeping our hotel clean and safe, we do not allow guests to bring bedding from outside the hotel.
