Cave Creek Trail Rides is looking for qualified men and women who enjoy working with the public, are friendly, outgoing and outdoor oriented. Previous guiding experience is a plus but not necessary. Excellent customer service is a must!

Cave Creek Trail Rides offers 1 hour, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 hour rides into the Sonoran Desert inside the Cave Creek Regional Park north of Phoenix on the Carefree Highway and 32nd Street. Guides are expected to lead trail rides of up to eight people into the desert throughout the day. Other duties include grooming, tacking up horses, cleaning up corrals, feeding and checking in guests at the office.

The season will end around May 1st. The company then moves horses and equipment to Idaho for the summer season. Summer employment in Central Idaho may be available for those interested.

Guides must have:

*Clean western attire (i.e. cowboy hat, boots, button-down shirts, jeans)

*Their own transportation to work every day

*First-aid certification

*Positive and helpful attitude

*Must be at least 18yrs old

Golden hour is our specialty 🌵🌅🐴

Now that temperatures are heating up we just want to remind everyone that we do not ride in the heat of the day.
9am, 11am and sunset rides are available! When temperatures reach 90°f we will not be on the trail at 1pm or 3pm.
We hope you understand this if for your safety and the health of our horses!

If you do plan on booking with us, please give us a call. We are offering rides until Apil 30th, which will be our last day! Bring water and sunscreen, and plan accordingly with temps

We've had quite the weather this week! We are sad to announce we are again closed for today and tomorrow due to rain 🌧

Although it is a bummer to be closed, it is also incredibly important. The trails we use are not only for our horses but for the community here in Arizona. Staying off the trails when they are muddy will help ensure their longevity. Tomorrow we will be closed so that the trails have a chance to dry before we put them back to use 🤠

We are so lucky to be located inside the Cave Creek Regional Park! Not only do we get to enjoy riding through this gorgeous desert preserve, our guests can also enjoy everything the park has to offer before or after their ride. Our location as well as our friendly horses and staff set us apart from other places to ride in the valley. Don't take our word for it, come out and see for yourself!

Happy Fall Y'all!

The Cave Creek Trailrides crew is preparing for our official move South. The trip from our summer location in Idaho to beautiful Cave Creek takes us 2 full days of driving. Each horse is loaded next to their buddy and we hit the road! Now that Idaho temperatures have plummeted, we are ready for some sunshine! We will be posting fun updates as we tavel, so dont forget to tune in! We can't wait to see you 🤠🐴
