Not only should we take time today to remember all of those that we lost 19 years ago, but we should also remember those brave individuals who ran towards the chaos to help. This is a great article by the American Kennel Club that talks about our four legged heroes.

About 300 dog/handler search teams responded to 9/11, but only about 100 were prepared for the size of the disaster at Ground Zero.

Just wanted to let everyone know that we've started delivery!! If you need supplies for your pet, give us a call and we'll gladly come and drop it off. We're delivering to all of the Moriches and into Manorville. $10 minimum, and payment must be done over the phone, as we will be providing contactless delivery.

One of our community members made us aware of a dog that was found on Montauk highway yesterday. She does have a microchip however no information was found on it. We also learned that another dog similar to the one in the photo was recently lost and the family is asking for any information that may lead to them finding their pet. If you have any information on either pet, or know the owners please contact the Brookhaven animal shelter, or PM Tinamarie McKay Dougherty on Facebook. Your help is greatly appreciated.
