Chaperones Still Needed for Thursday
Thank you to everyone who has signed up to volunteer for pit crew, 50/50 raffle, and concessions on Thursday!

As of Monday evening, we still need 7 chaperones for Thursday's football game. If you can, please sign up by going to "Events" and scrolling to the game.

Volunteers Needed for 1st Football Game
Westfield’s first home game is August 29. For the students to do their best, they need support from us, their families. We have a number of volunteer opportunities and no special skills are required.

We need:

26 people on the Pit Crew to assist with moving the front ensemble instruments, electronics, and props
11 chaperones to make sure the students are in their uniforms and lined up on time, keep non-band students out of the band section, and assist the Pit Crew as needed
3 people to staff the Hat Carts
8 people for the Band Concessions behind the stadium
4 people to sell 50/50 raffle tickets
To sign up, please go to "Events" and click on "Home Game vs. Patriot."

In addition, we also need donations for the Band Concessions. Please see the Sign Up Genius to donate if you can.
