I wanted to express my gratitude to Vanessa Voltman and Albert Gesierich of Holland Dressage for facilitating such a successful weekend! With all your teachings, mentoring and tough love, I think I speak for many of your students, at least the ones I shared the weekend with, you two are an amazing team. You have created a large circle of successful riders and horses. And thank you again making us into something you can be proud of!!

Welcome to the States Eli Stone!! A horse as amazing as the circumstances that brought him to Northern Michigan. An appreciative thank you to Nol en Jeanette Gerritsen, Eli so handsome and kind, such a perfect display of your successful program at De Dalhoeve. Also for taking such wonderful care of Kaitra for the summer! Linda Leeflang for facilitating Kaitra's education and work ethic!! So sorry we missed you traveling with Eli!! Terri Meador's Andalusian Stallion, Wanapum, out for his second dressage show ever. Over coming his insecurities to perform like a champ and receiving consistent score of 66.9%. So proud to be a part of this guys education.. a big thanks to Terri.

The twins were awarded the "Rambler Cup", Boyne City Elementary' version of the Stanley Cup. It was awarded based on behavior and academic performance. AND for the first time in Boyne's history, it was awarded to 2 people because their teacher could not choose between them. A little scary, their first 2 months of school they are setting records, we are just hoping this is not the highlight of the Boyne careers. Also wondering why there is not a magic potion in the top of that cup that would allow this behavior to be carried over at home!!!

I am speechless at Terri's confidence in me by entrusting her amazingly talented Andalusian PRE Stallion Wanapum. He will be arriving at Maple Ridge Iberians on Wednesday to be prepared for the 2013 Dressage show season. All my love to Terri!!!!!
