UPDATE ON 2023 VETERAN GIVEAWAY!💞💞

We had planned to meet up with Andrew on returning from our trip, so they had time to prepare for their new baby! Unfortunately while we were gone Andrew was notified he was being sent on a mission for an extended period of time that he wasn’t aware of and didn’t feel it would be good for the him and the pup with bonding etc.
Due to that we moved on to another nominee that is a good fit for Genevieve and are happy to introduce Joshua VanLeer as chosen nominee for our 2023 Veteran giveaway!

Good evening!! This is a long time coming, but we want to welcome, Jim and Nadene, James, Heather and family, and rewelcome Donnie to the Von Wadel Haus German Shepherds family!!!! We are so happy to have each of you as one of our families and we are here for any questions or updates you may have! Please join us and wishing each of these fantastic pups and their families the best and great year!!! Two of the pups are local here which is awesome, one trekked off to Colorado, and Chief made the long trip with us to Pennsylvania to join Samson, one of our pups from a previous litter!💞

We would like to extend our congratulations to Andrew Mounts on being chosen for our 2023 Veteran Giveaway!

Many hours and consideration was given the last few weeks. We desperately wanted to choose each and everyone of our nominees. Each one’s stories touched us deeply and it has been one of the hardest decisions we’ve had to make.
Not only are we looking for a nominee that needs a puppy, we had to look for a nominee that was a good fit for the puppy we are giving away. It took a lot of deliberating but for this years Veteran giveaway we felt that Andrew was the best fit for this particular puppy. We don’t ever want pair a dog with a person and it not be a good fit and then end up with issues and heartbreak down the road, so it was a decision we had to give a lot of time and consideration to.
We want to thank each of you that nominated someone and each of our nominees. We are sorry to those not chosen this time, and saddened to know the disappointment you feel. We encourage you to keep following our page as we will most likely be doing this again on future litters!

Good evening Von Wadel Haus Family!!
Sorry for the delay, it’s has been a long day! Pups had their vet checks and the vet had three emergency cow situations so it was just a bit crazy there! Then we had pups leaving directly when we got home so our day has been a pushed back but we haven’t forgotten!

So Wadel German Shepherd Fam…we need your help! We have been wanting, for a time, to donate a pup to a veteran dealing with PTSD. This is our time!!!! My father is a Vietnam veteran and has dealt with some PTSD. Today is his 76th birthday!!! We have seen how animals are very therapeutic for him and he had close bond with our female Vala before we moved. Seeing how animals are such a help to him we want to bless someone else in his honor! This is where you come in, we need your help to find the right candidate! Can you please share and reach out to people you know that may be interested!! We can bring the pup anywhere from Cheyenne to Pennsylvania! We also will consider donating to law enforcement who has recently lost a K9 in the line of duty as well! Let’s see how many shares and how far we can spread the word!!! Either nominate someone or habpve there on share their story with us, and we will officially choose March 13th. Introducing litter G!🥰 Four boys and two girls! They are growing so well and have already doubled in size! We have a bicolor male, a black sable male, two sable males, and two sable females! These pups are blowing previous litters out of the water! Big blocky heads and solid sticky confirmation! We are so happy and blessed! We have openings on this litter on the males and one female!

We weathered the latest Wyoming storm but our Shepherds weren’t impressed that their bathroom was outside! The snow days consisted of a lot of sitting around sometimes snacking but always being watched carefully. Dare we eat something and not share…gasp!!
