I understand everyone is busy these days....I am a pet groomer and this is the busiest time for me. I have had several appointments over the last few weeks that have not shown up nor even called to let me know they weren't coming. So, I have a new policy in place effective immediately: If you make an appointment with me and for some reason can't make it, please let me know!! Common courtesy! If there is no cancellation within 24 hours of appointment time...you will be expected to pay normal charges for missed appointments. My time is just as valuable as yours. Thank you.
