Starting April 8, 2024
Our grooming department is requiring a $20 cash deposit for NEW grooming customer appointments.
The $20 fee will be deducted from your grooming cost if you show up for your scheduled appointment, If the appointment is missed, the $20 deposit will be forfeited, and we will no longer be able to schedule you in the future.
This new policy is due to, too many new customers not showing up for their appointments. Once the first appointment is completed the deposit will no longer be needed. We will require a 48 hour advance notice for cancellations.
