Hank has been working hard these last two weeks!

Today we had lunch on the patio. He is an easily excitable dog and we have been working on relaxing. After a training session at the park we took a lunch break to show off his skills.

Sometimes when life is hard you forget why you do the things you do. After taking a step back, I rediscovered why I love dog training.

Julie is one of the most committed people I know. The dedication she has put towards her dog before and after training is something I admire. Everyday she strives to make Eddie better than he was yesterday, Eddie was a young shepherd when she started his training. He was reactive to dogs and strangers, but she was determined to help him work through it. Training is not the same for every dog, some dogs are easy and some take a little longer. Over the last year she has spent almost everyday working him through his triggers and building their relationship.

Training does not look the same for every dog.
