Ok. Been awhile since I’ve posted. Life has been throwing curveballs at us left and right. As of right now we still have 4 boys and 1 girl left on our puppies. They’re all doing great.
So while I am on the topic of the dogs, I want to share something I came across.
For years we have only fed ProPlan dog food to our dogs. The ingredients were great and this one was on the higher end with chicken as 1st ingredient and corn being down a bit lower than top. Dogs did great on it.
With having the puppies we were going through 10 # of dog food a day and getting super expensive.
I started researching other foods and came across a brand Pure Balance. The ingredients are top notch in our book, the dogs all like it and it’s an all stage food, meaning all the dogs (puppies as well) can eat it and we’re not struggling trying to keep food separate, and it’s sold by WalMart. It’s affordable, not like the cheap goods that you buy that come out as fast as it goes in, $40 for a 30 # bag, where we were paying $70-80 for a $35 # bag.
Maybe something to consider for others. Is this going to be like Blue Buffalo? Probably not, but this food has good ingredients and we are glad we found it. I can finally say “WalMart for the win” lol

So the pups are almost ready to find their furever homes. 8 weeks is just around the corner. I wish the pics would do them justice.
We will be taking them with us to Market on Tuesday at C&S Farmers Market.

Alright. Been a minute since puppy posts. They were loving playing in the rain coming through the screen door lol. Most of the black color isn’t black anymore. As the sun hits them it’s a deep chocolate brown and one of the girls has the most amazing coloring. She’s the dark brown with black at the ears, stripe down her back and her tail and looks more mastiff in her face. She’s beautiful.
