Attention: We have a few no shows lately. Our policy is as follows. Three no shows, no call, you may not return. You will simply have to find another groomer. It is not fair to good new clients who would love to get in, but we have to turn away. Thank you.
Hi everyone. I have received messages in five different places, at all hours. Please, if you do not get a response, call the office and leave a voicemail. I work constantly, and I am taking my days off to recharge. I will be in contact when I return to the salon. And please do not text or call my cell all hours of the night. I’m not going to make this formal, as I think of many of you as family.
I have been absent for quite some time, and I apologize for the inconvenience, however, family first.
My father has been ill, and we decided to take him home with us. We are trying to keep thing’s comfortable, and quiet, so please refrain from cell phone calls or texts at this time.
I will be in touch with everyone to get your babies back on the schedule. I have added another wonderful lady who agreed to help me catch up, and then start working on her own clients. April has been so kind to keep things going this past week, so please be patient with her as well.

Moose has been with me for a very long time. He has gotten to the place that I have to groom him on a blanket on the floor, section by section. Although his haircut has changed some, his sweet disposition has not. I often feel like Moose and I have grown old together. I love this boy so so much. ❤️

I was really hoping this would not happen. We will be closed for a while for Jackie and myself to recover from Covid. April and Eli remain healthy, however we need time to sanitize everything in order to keep them healthy. We will contact those of you that we need to reschedule, and return phone calls as soon as we are feeling better. Please refrain from calling or texting my personal phone as I do need to sleep and rest. Thank you for understanding, and again, we will contact those that we need to reschedule.

Attention!!!!! When you drop your dog off to be groomed, WE MUST NUMBERS TO REACH YOU!!!! To me it’s like dropping off your kid. If we should have an emergency, we have to be able to get in touch with you. Beginning TODAY, I will no longer groom dogs who’s owners will not answer their phones, or inform us of times they will be unreachable. This is not just for us, but for your pet as well.

Please note: We are sorry to say that all of us have been sick. We have all had numerous covid tests and all of us tested negative. However, we seem to forget that there are still colds, viruses, the flue and other things going on in our world. April is still sick, and has been for the last ten days. Crystal and I are doing the best we can to get everyone in. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and appreciate everyone’s patience.

Hi everyone. I have had many many messages on my personal face book page, work face book page, texts on my cell phone, and our mail box at work fills up within 20 minutes after emptying it. I have had many questions asked, so I thought I would update everyone. We were getting closer to catching up on everyone last week from the covid shutdown. However, last Thursday I had to go to the emergency room with my blood pressure sky high. We had to cancel dogs the next two days. I then went to my follow up visit on Tuesday with my doctor. He decided to change my medication. I started it on Wednesday morning. My blood pressure took a nose dive and I felt as though I would pass out. It was extremely low. This too sent me to the emergency room. We had to cancel dogs Thursday as well due to it being so low. I am hoping it will be straightened out soon. Just know we are doing the best we can to get everyone in. My health is important to me, and I will be making some changes in the future to assure I can continue grooming for many years to come. Thank you for your time, and thank everyone that we had to cancel for being so patient and understanding.
I want to take the time to thank everyone for being so patient. We were booked for a month when we were ordered to close due to COVID-19. We are trying to get to everyone as soon as possible. We have to catch up on the missed appointments while squeezing in a few extra each day. We are also face with matted, overgrown pets at this time which takes us longer with each pet. We will get to everyone as fast as we can. And again, thank you for your patience.
Happy Easter to all of our clients! We miss you dearly and hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

This is a post I truly wished we would not have to face. April and I worked until 12 midnight last night in fear this would happen, trying to fit as many of you in as possible. We would like to thank all of you yesterday for following all of our procedures, and agreeing to bring your pets late last night. To the clients we could not fit in, we apologize. This has been a stressful moment by moment, day by day situation.
Because we are not considered an essential business,we have to follow the stay at home order issued by Cabarrus county effective Thursday March 26th in order to slow the spread of Covid-19. We must stay closed until the order has been lifted.
Upon return we will do our best to catch everyone up. Until then, we will miss all of you.
If you have any questions on how to maintain your pet at home, feel free to pm me and I will try to help you in any way I can.
As I stated before, as soon as the order has been lifted, we will try to catch everyone up as quickly as possible. Until then support each other, take care of yourselves, and hopefully we will see you soon.
