POLICIES:
NO CRITTER WILL LEAVE UNTIL THEY ARE OLD ENOUGH AND I FEEL THEY
ARE READY TO BE ON THEIR OWN – NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS!!! You will have 48 hours to inform me of any health conditions or death. You will have
to show me proof of the cause of death or illness (Proof must come from a veterinarian
and the vet cost will not be refunded).If a critter bought from Bunny Acres dies in that 48 hou
rs and vet proof shows that this was present before sale, then a replacement pet will be given (this will not include shipping cost). IF you feel something is wrong with
your pet, take it to a veterinarian. This vet must also be unrelated and not a member of your family for this health guarantee to be valid.
· SHIPPING GUARANTEE - Currently no shipping - If critter is being transported by
someone else for you then health guarantee is void as I cannot control how the critter is taken care of or what it may come in contact with. DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS – When you are contacted/or contact me about an animal I have available, I will let you know the cost and any important details about the particular critter you are inquiring or being contacted about. If you decide you want a critter from Bunny Acres, you will have 5 days to send or deliver a 50% non refundable deposit. This deposit will be put toward the payment of your critter. The deposit can be sent as a money order, by pay pal or delivered in cash. The other 50% is due when you pick your new critter up. The final cost MUST BE RECEIVED IN CASH ONLY. The deposit is non refundable should you change your mind on your particular critter. Should the critter become ill, or die while still in my care, a refund or new pet will be honored.
