We’ve gotten these types of calls before but are limited in our ability to help so we’re reaching out to our local CLAWS friends to see if we can come together to help a family in need. They have fallen on hard times and are currently staying in a hotel after losing their home. They have 3 senior dogs that need a temporary place to stay until the family can secure an apartment. Is anyone available to take care of these 3 temporarily? The family is from Bergen County. All 3 dogs are spayed/neutered and current on rabies vaccines. CLAWS can help provide dog food and act as the “go between” for both parties.
If we need to split the dogs up between a couple of different temporary homes that would work as well. Please let us know if you can help… THANK YOU!
