GREAT UPDATE!🐶 Escambia County K9 Streeter is recovering well after being treated at Davis Animal Hospital overnight. He sustained minor injuries last night in his jump from the Hwy 90 bridge into water below during a pursuit of shooting suspects. Streeter was released this morning following evaluation at Westside Animal Hospital and should be back on duty soon.

Honoring a canine hero! 🐕 🇺🇸

Maverick, a therapy dog for the U.S. Army Fort Leonard Wood USO Center in Missouri, was named Canine of the Year by The Humane Society of the United States.

For the past 6 years, Maverick has worked with service members and military children, supporting them through difficult times, demonstrating unconditional love and guiding them towards healing.
