these are our signature type A ribs!
Our favorite recipe is marinated in lime, orange, smooth olive oil, ginger, garlic, s&p, brown sugar, and love for what we do.
Cooked slow at 225 for 4 hours and topped with bbq the last 2.
Sure to be a crowd pleaser.
