To all of our friends and clients, we once again are without internet and phones at the kennel. We are doing a workaround by using cell phones to answer your questions and make bookings. Century Link has given us a repair date of this Friday. In the meantime, please be patient and call Renee at 850-428-1461.

Centurylink finally sends me a replacement Router after 10 days of no service. I open the box and find a used, damaged , phone cord. The router does not have a place to plug in the telephone line cord. Still no internet and my business has been down for 20 days. No sympathy from Century link. My line service call is still set for next Tuesday.

Centurylink customers should know that this phone company has no desire in being client friendly. I suffered a lightning strike Jul 5, lost service and called for repair and advised my ticket would be ordered for the following Friday. Waited ALL day for a tech, no call or tech. Now since I missed my appointment I can not get phone or internet service until the 18th of July. Having a semi smart home I am almost locked out of my home and security.

Centurylink has a terrible ability to meet their own schedule to repair service from 7/5/2023 outage. Appointment for 7/8/2023 has been rescheduled for 7/18/2023 without my knowledge. Such poor service.

I know that many times we need to call for a wrecker to change a tire or something. We needed to fix out tractor tire. You know that I use my Kubota a lot to keep up with the road work . I found a great company, Southern Tire Mart in Mossy Head. They provide a great
all around service and were very professional at the kennel.
