SALON POLICY

Drop Off- Please be on time for your appointment as our schedule is disrupted when a client is late. We reserve the right to rebook appointments if someone is more then 15 minutes late.
We appreciate a courtesy call if you are unable to keep your appointment. Which allows us to rebook that time. No shows will be charged $15.00 per pet at next visit. We send out reminders the night before your appointment to help avoid this issue.

Pick Up- Please pick up your pet promptly at the time when message is sent out. Pets not picked up within 30 Minutes of that time will subject to a $15.00 daycare fee.
Please call to let us if a problem occurs and we will work with you. 🌭✂️🐾

Are you new to Grooming?
I have years of experience and knowledge workings with dogs including rescue, fostering, and grooming for the last three years.

What are your prices?
Prices vary depending on the service your pet is receiving.

Do you offer mobile Grooming? No, but I do accommodate clients in Bracketville and Comstock one day a week.

Do you have a location? We are currently working on a permanent location, and I operate from home.

Are other dogs present during grooming?
No, to ensure one-on-one attention to your pet.

Can my pet be groomed without vaccines? No, to ensure the safety of all pets and myself, up to date vaccines are required.

Are you certified and licensed? Yes, I am certified and licensed.
