I have been a Vet Tech in the past, a Nurse for 35 years, and have fostered/rescued many dogs thru the years. I am retired so I have lots of time to give the love that each dog requires :) We like to think that

your dog will have more fun than you on vacation !! We love our homestead which is a 10 acre farm with lots of room to run! A fenced in area is provided for those who are not trusted off leash and we even have our own secluded walking trails thru our woods. We spend a lot of time outside and highly recommend all dogs be treated for prevention of heartworm, flea and tick at minimum. PROFILE: My name is Laurie and my family is well experienced with dogs. I've been boarding dogs for years and we have two female Labradors who are very adjusted to constant visitors in our home. We also have had the fortune of experiencing several litters of Labrador pups from our Mama Mia. Many of the adopted dogs come back for our family to dog sit while their new owners vacation. Our fenced yard is just the right size for a good run around and the toys in the doggie toy box are usually overflowing. My goal is to provide your family's' pet the individual loving attention that they are used to getting just like at home. Usually I have only 1-2 family pets at a time. I do this because I need lots of animals in my life - and my husband won't let me have more dogs!! or a horse, a mini donkey , etc !!!!- jk :)

I look forward to meeting you all. Kennels only used if a dog requires one. They sleep wherever they want to. Kitchen floor is favorite place at dinner time...lol

Meet and greet is required before accepting a reservation. Must be up to date on all basic vaccinations. Spayed or neutured. and socially adjustable to other dogs. Location is near the Duck Inn Restaurant off 89 and Route A in Delavan.

These little ones are almost 10 weeks old. There are 4 males and one female. They are Husky, Malamute, Terrier mixes. Ready to go this week. Located in Aurora, IN. now or being relocated to Delavan, WI in a few days.
Brown/Tan pups are males as well as the black one with white stripe down center chest. All black female with gentle personality! Rehoming fee of 50.00 First vaccination given and deworming schedule started. Picture of mama included for reference.

THIS DOG NEEDS A NEW HOME;

....It is with heavy hearts that we are looking to rehome our beautiful, energetic border collie. Delilah is six years old and has been a wonderful companion since we adopted her as a puppy. Last year we had some big changes in our family (moving from the country to the city, having a baby) and our new lifestyle has been a difficult adjustment for Delilah. The city noises, less space, and new addition to the family have really affected her stress level. Our second baby is due soon and we would love to find a home for Delilah where her needs can be prioritized as they should be. She is very friendly, gets along with other pets (including cats), and loves to cuddle. She is potty trained, knows basic commands and loves learning new ones, and has never been destructive. Delilah would do best in a home with older children or only adults. She has always been safe and patient with our baby but is also easily stressed by the unpredictability that goes along with having a toddler. As with most border collies, she is highly energetic and responds best to an active lifestyle. We are requesting a $50 rehoming fee and will send her with all of her favorite toys, leash, food dish, and some dog food to help with the transition. Almost Like Home Dog Sitting

PROFILE: My name is Laurie and my family is well experienced with dogs. I have a few years of vet tech experience, have been a nurse for 35 years, and have fostered/rescued at least 35 dogs over the years. Many of the adopted dogs come back for our family to dog sit while their new owners’ vacationed. We loved it so much we wanted to expand our services to something more regular. So, after many years of boarding dogs in my Park Ridge, Illinois home...I moved to Delavan, Wisconsin (near Lake Geneva) in June, 2017, where I continue to provide boarding in my new, larger homestead. We have a 10 acre farm with private walking trails and lots of room to run! Fenced in area provided for dogs who need to be leashed. We have a lake within walking distance and we even have goats and chickens for the dogs entertainment...lol.

As always, your dog will be our "house pet" and get lots of individual attention. Most of our visiting dogs have the run of our home and can lay in the kitchen while I cook dinner or lay near us on the floor (or on the couch) while we regroup in the evenings watching t.v. In warm weather, sitting out on the front porch is a favorite thing to do for all of us. Kennels are only used for dogs who need them. Currently working from home allows me generous time to care for each dog's needs. My goal is to provide your family's' pet the individual loving attention that they are used to getting just like at home. I look forward to meeting you all.
