Due to the passing of our founder and president, Kim Ray, the rescue will be closing. COPR was all volunteer based.

If you adopted a dog from us and need anything please reach out to [email protected] for assistance. Our rescued dogs were cared for in foster homes throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Illinois. Our foster homes were dedicated and loving individuals that worked on assessing each dog to better understand the kind of family the dog is best suited for. Upon intake, each

of our dogs were given appropriate vaccines, spayed/neutered, heartworm tested, microchipped and kept on monthly heartworm and flea preventative. Our volunteers worked to socialize our dogs and prepare them for their forever home.
