Penny is doing great in training! She is a 17.2h 4yr old ottb. If you need help with your horse or pony I can help! I travel within Orange/seminole county!

Ms Penny is one of the horses I have in training. I swear she gets taller week to week! Today she measured at 17.1 and she just turned 4!

This is Cheyanne! She has been known to take off and buck riders off. It’s been a long time since she’s had a rider! No issues swinging my leg over this afternoon!

Another new girl has joined the training! Cheyanne is a 16yr old paint mare. She’s sat for a long time and has some saddling issues. Today she did great! Pics to come!

This morning I met little Lilly! Lilly is a 6yr old NSH. She is a sweetheart. She is practically a clean slate. She sat in a pasture for 6 months before Maureen brought her home. I’m excited to be working with this sweet girl.

It’s been a while so I want to post an update on the horses in training!
Penny is doing great! She is under saddle and learning how to move her body and listen to leg.
Sugar is a handful! She loves kids and is super sweet with them. Her and I have had some literal ups and downs but she’s learning. We are working on tracking to the left and moving forward instead of up!
Oreo and Brownie the donkeys are so cute! They are well…acting like donkeys 😆 they are learning humans aren’t bad and they can come to me and get good attention.

There’s another little lady joining the training program! This is Sugar. She’s a fiery red head/appy pony! She thought she could get me off today! She’ll learn I’m the alpha mare soon enough. We did end on a good note with her listening to leg and moving forward instead of up!

There some new babies in the training program! Meet Oreo and Brownie! They were rescued from a bad person and have had little to no handling. First session and they were eating out of my hand!

We are very sorry if no one has gotten back to you these past few days. Our boss mare has been in the hospital due to a heart attack. Once she’s back on her feet someone will be in contact! Thanks for the understanding

Looking for part time weekend help at Brigadoon Farms in Oviedo. Days needed are Fri pm thru Sunday am. Must be reliable and have transportation. Friendly drama free atmosphere and very well behaved horses. Duties include turning out, bringing in, feeding, cleaning stalls, throwing hay, and ensuring clean water. Compensation is for ride time and weekly lessons. Come be part of an amazing team! Pm if interested
