This cold front pushed birds! Awesome reports from hunters this morning on the comm. sunflowers. Our mornings have been way slower than the afternoons but this morning was a whole "new game". Comm Sunflowers are being cut as I type this. Book now and get on some birds!

The 2023 season kicked off with a solid opening weekend at the Big Hat. Not the best we have seen but our hunters were happy and taking birds! We have 250 acres of Commerical Sunflowers that will be cut mid - Sept. All of our native sunflower was shredded over a week ago. Call for availability as we are open every day of the season.

Great Opening Day on the Big Hat! The morning started off hot and fizzled out over our planted sunflower fields but picked up this afternoon! Which turned out to see more birds than the morning hunt. Tomorrow should be another great day! Remember if you are on the ranch hunting tomorrow we will have lunch so check in around Noon at the main Ranch house.

We do have openings starting Sunday morning in the planted sunflower fields. Again we are open every day of the season.

So, I threw together a video from the master audio file. It was recorded this past week with Dustin Hendricks at War Room Studios.
