We are excited to announce that we have gone digital! Our Service Request, New Client Registration, and New Client Deposit pages of our website have been replaced with our Customer Portal. If you are an existing client, an account has already been created for you! If logging in for the first time, please contact us for your welcome email & temporary password, and we will add some past booking & payment information so that you can keep track of your Loyalty Program spending. With your account, you can easily request a booking, review & edit your reservations, view & pay invoices, edit your account & pet information, upload vaccination records, message us, & more! Please contact us if you have any questions!

PRICING CHANGE: All canine & feline boarding pricing will increase by $1. To help offset this, the food discount will be increasing to $1 off per day, per pet. (Most recently, the discount was $1 off per day, per suite reserved.) POLICY CHANGE: We will no longer be taking appointments for bathing services, they will only be available as an add on service for pets that are being boarded. As this will be the only time that these services will be offered, we will be discontinuing the 5% off discount on bathing services for boarding pets. *These changes do not apply to current boardings & any reservations made prior to this announcement, if it would result in a higher bill total. Current pricing can always be found on the Discounts & Pricing page of our website.

Effective immediately, new and established clients with excessive last minute cancellations may be subject to a $25 non refundable deposit per reservation, which would be forfeited upon cancellation. If your reservation is kept, your deposit will be subtracted from your bill total. (This will not apply to 99.9% of clients. If your account has been flagged, you will be notified before making your next reservation.)

Unfortunately, we will not be taking any more grooming appointments for the foreseeable future due to my worsening carpal tunnel syndrome. Unless & until we can find a groomer, we will only be scheduling appointments for baths. All existing grooming appointments will be honored. For those of you on a recurring schedule, we book 2 appointments out, so your next 2 appointments will be honored. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

PRICE CHANGE: Effective immediately, all dog & cat boarding prices will increase by $1 per day, and the price for nail grinding will increase by $1. We have decided to restructure our grooming prices as follows: For a basic maintenance cut using a #7 blade all over, including face, ears, & tail, the pricing will remain the same as our current full groom prices. (This is the normal short blade length that we use, it leaves hair approximately 1/8-1/4" depending on hair type.) For any other length cuts, or cuts that require scissor trimming on the face, ears, or tail, there will be a $5 increase. There will be no increase in bathing prices.
This price increase will not apply to any reservations or appointments made prior to this announcement. If you have recurring appointments for grooming, we book 2 appointments out, so this price change will take effect after your next 2 appointments.
As a way of helping with rising costs at our business & everywhere, we are proud to now offer Afterpay in store. Just download their app & apply for a virtual card which you will use to pay at check out. Your bill will be split into 4 interest free payments, the first of which will be due immediately, and the remaining 3 payments will be paid every 2 weeks after.

Tips, someone asked me recently if it was customary for people to tip businesses such as ours. I would say, for any business that provides a service to you, leaving a tip is always optional. The percentage of people that tip our business vs the percentage that don't is around 50/50. When you are able to leave a tip, it is greatly appreciated. In our business, we use your tips to offset our credit card processing fees, which helps us to keep our costs low.

We are pleased to announce that we have added 4 additional large 4'x8' suites!

PRICE CHANGE: Effective immediately, all dog & cat boarding prices will increase by $1, & there will no longer be an upcharge for small dogs boarding in our large suites. These changes will not affect current boardings or reservations in the cases where it would result in an increase to your bill.

POLICY CHANGE: All dogs will be booked in our large 4'x8' suites. During busier times, single dogs under 15 lbs may be booked in our small 4'x4' suites or large 3'x4' cages, unless specifically declined by you.

The loving mother of these two boys has always held a very special place in my heart. When I first moved to Alabama in 1994, I got a job working in a daycare, & Allie Helms Lam was one of the children in my class. She was one of ‘my babies’, & I will always remember her as that sweet, tender hearted, little 2 year old girl. My oldest daughter was also in that class, & they attended the same schools, so they went from potty training to diplomas in just a few short years! I enjoyed watching her grow up & become a mother herself. She adored these little boys & wanted nothing but the best for them. It breaks my heart that she can no longer be here for them, these boys tragically lost both of their parents last Wednesday. If you feel so inclined, please donate for Maddox’s & Rylan’s futures. Let us be their village.
