Dunstable Animal Clinic is happy to announce that we are officially under new ownership.
As many of you know the clinic came up for sale five months ago. And after a few stressful months we can finally tell everyone we have been bought by one of our own.
Leah Jennison (one of the technicians), her husband and her sister and brother-in-law are the proud new owners of our wonderful clinic.
And while there will be some improvements, there will be NO staff changes. Leah and her family have been working like crazy to change everything over and so far the transition has been going well. Because we have been a working animal clinic most things continue as usual. However, with any change there are bound to be some growing pains. Your patience is greatly appreciated during this transitional time.
If you have an existing appointment you should be all set. Our working hours and phone numbers (978) 649-6513 and (978) 649-0222 remain the same. We have opened the door, no more COVID restrictions. We do continue to offer curbside service if you would prefer it.
We are all happy to continue to care for our remarkable clients and are excited to see what the future holds.

COVID update:
My husband tested positive for COVID yesterday. He is vaccinated and has only mild signs. My daughter and I are still negative and I am working today. One person is still allowed in with each appointment and I will be wearing a mask, but if you would rather reschedule or do curbside we totally understand. Thank You! Dr Tara Sacramone

COVID Update:
We are happy to announce that the employees sick with COVID are getting better everyday. Also, we will be reopening the clinic this morning in a limited capacity as there will be only two of us working. Therefore, the phones will often be busy and appointments are very limited. We are doing our best and your patience in greatly appreciated.

COVID 19 UPDATE
Unfortunately we have had a positive COVID 19 exposure at the clinic. As a result we are closing temporarily. As you all know we are an extremely small clinic and cannot open safely at this time.
We realize this is an extreme inconvenience but we are trying to do our part to keep everyone safe. We will reopen as soon as we can, but definitely not this week. So far no one is very sick. We will try to update this page with current information as we get it.
Again we are very sorry. Stay safe everyone.

COVID 19 update:
Due to a staffing shortage we will no longer be open on Saturday mornings for the foreseeable future. We realize this is going to be inconvenient for many of you, but it cannot be helped. We will, however, be adding appointment times every other Wednesday afternoon in order to accommodate those affected by this change.
We, like many animal clinics, have been very busy and are trying our best to continue to serve our amazing clients to the best of our abilities.

COVID 19 update
We are happy to announce we are starting the re-opening process. Beginning June 28, 2021 one person per appointment will be allowed into the clinic. We ask that you call the clinic when you arrive and we will let you/your pet inside when we can.
If you would prefer not to come inside you can still wait in your car.
Surgery drop offs and food/medication pick up protocols will remain the same: call ahead to place your order and when you arrive at the clinic. One of the technicians will bring our your food/medicine or get your pet for surgery.
Per CDC guidance masks are optional for fully vaccinated individuals. Do whatever makes you feel most comfortable.
Please stay home if you are not feeling well.
We are constantly re-evaluating the situation and are doing our best to safely serve our wonderful clients. Please be patient as we adjust to the new protocols.

The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting us all and the Dunstable Animal Clinic is no exception. Based on the recommendations of the CDC and AVMA we are taking the following precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy.
Staff only are being allowed in the building.
When you come for an appointment call the office (978)649-6513 and a staff member will come out to get your pet with a slip lead that will be disinfected between pets. If you do not have a cell phone, call before you leave your house with an ETA and what car to look out for.
For medication/food pick up we are asking that you call with requests and payments over the phone first. Again, call the clinic when you arrive and a staff member will bring it out to you.
No more elective surgeries at this time.
If you are going to need a refill of any long term medications do it now.

We are doing our best to stay open to serve all of our clients. This is an evolving situation we will try to keep you updated as things change.

FYI for all our clients:
We are getting a new roof to go with our new driveway, which is great news except that the only day they can do it is this Friday. Therefor, for safety and noise concerns the clinic will be closed this Friday December 8. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Some good news for all of our clients. Dr. Ann Sidley has agreed to work for us on Thursdays. She will do every Thursday morning and every other Thursday afternoon.
Dr. Tara Sacramone is still at the clinic, but her day off has changed. Her new hours will be:
Mon 9-1
Tue 9-12, 2-5
Wed 9-1
Fri 9-1
and every other Sat 8:30-11:30
Fred 9-1 chedule begins Monday November 14th.

The Dunstable Animal Clinic would like to let our clients know that Dr. Stacey Lauer will be leaving us. She has been seeing appointments on Fridays. Her last day will be April 8th. We are all sad to see her go and wish her well.
This also means we are once again on the hunt for another veterinarian and our appointment hours will be limited to Dr. Tara Sacramone's hours: M 9-1, Tu 9-12, 2-5, W and Th 9-1 and every other Saturday morning 8:30 -11:30.

Dunstable Animal Clinic would like to thank all of our wonderful clients for their patience lately. We would also like to apologize for the lack of afternoon appointments as we are short a doctor. We are currently looking for a new veterinarian but are not having any luck. So if anyone knows any veterinarians we would appreciate any help we can get in spreading the word about our great clinic.
