The White Horse 🐎 🤍

There is a change occurring within me, my family, my business, and this industry.

The horse totem comes to teach you how to ride in new directions to awaken & discover your freedom & power.

In my experience with horses I’ve learned that in order to lead a horse you have to have good boundaries and confidence in the direction that you are headed in.

The same goes for being a mother and a woman in business.

Your team, your child, your community look to you for where to go next so you need to be clear on what you want and where you are headed.

If you feel uncertain or unsteady it’s ok to pause and reassess before moving forward again.

Recently, I have taken time to pause and reassess my vision.

I’ve questioned thing like:
- What do I want my company to stand for in this online coaching industry?
- What do I want to be a part of and what feels off to me?
- Am I doing things the way I want to do them or the way other people say it should be done?
- Am I in integrity with who I really am or am I mimicking what other people deem as success?

As a mother l’ve questioned things like:
- Am I really teaching my daughter how to become a strong woman by accommodating everyone else’s needs before my own?
- What if she doesn’t like the changes I am about to make?
- Am I really doing what’s best for my child by sacrificing what is best for me?

In some interpretation the white horse represents death. A time of endings and beginnings.

There is something shifting in my world and with it new moves are being made, new conversations are being had and new Tapping Sessions & Offers are being born.

I’m excited to share what’s emerging and happening here 💫

"Heavenly Haze"

Iceland's horses are a part of their extraordinary home in an unspoken, spiritual way. They are in tune with the waterfalls, volcanic black sand beaches, and epic snow-covered tundras that most would find daunting. Here, a lone horse remains calm and collected against the backdrop of the mighty Skogafoss, one of the most storied waterfalls in all of Iceland. I loved capturing the mix of textures and forms with the white horse at the center of it all.

By Alison Galeotafiore  Sometimes I wonder if I’m living in a dream, one that so many other horse lovers around the world have had at some point in their lives. Even if it’s common, it’s magical to me. When I was around three or four years old, I fell in love with The Lone Ranger’s […]

“The spirit of Horse calls us to journey, to travel. This may manifest itself as a desire to travel in the physical world, or we may be drawn to voyaging in the inner realms.

She brings us energy and speed and connects us to the power of both the land and the sun. The Horse Goddess is patroness of the complete life cycle of birth, death, the afterlife and rebirth.

Attuning to the spirit of the horse may help us connect with our sense of place in the world – with the spirit of the land beneath us and the sky above us”.

“Don't cry for the horses that life has set free
A million white horses forever to be
Don't cry for the horses now in God's hands
As they dance and they prance to a heavenly band
They were ours as a gift but never to keep
As they close their eyes forever to sleep
Their spirits unbound on silver wings they fly
A million white horses against the blue sky
Look up into heaven you'll see them above
The horses we lost, the horses we loved
Manes and tails flowing they Gallop through time
They were never yours. They were never mine
Don't cry for the horses, they will be back someday
When our time has come they will show us the way”
